Position Duties:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 12 months of management experience as a Manager.
- Provide users with technical support for computer problems.
- Develop computer information resources, ensuring data security, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements.
- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess system requirements.
- Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
- Evaluate the organization’s technology needs and recommend improvements.
- Review and approve systems charts and programs prior to implementation.
- Prepare and review operational or project progress reports.
- Control operational budgets and expenditures.
- Purchase necessary equipment and manage backup, security, and help desk systems.
